AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION/OPERATION METHOD AND SYSTEM OF SAFETY CULTURE EVALUATION SCALE IN WORK PLACE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic configuration/operation method and a system of a safety culture evaluation scale in a railroad enterprise for automatically configuring the evaluation scale for actions and recognition of safety by systematically arranging by utilizing voice. PSOLUTION: An automatic configuration/operation method of a safety culture evaluation scale in a work place includes steps of (a) recording a document relating to actions and recognition, etc., in a work place by means of voice; (b) extracting information with high importance through an analysis of the recorded voice; (c) itemizing the extracted information by text mining, (d) pooling the itemized information into a safety culture item; (e) calculating a scale (point) estimated at that time point; and (f) equalizing a new safety culture item to return to the step (a).
