PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Korean alphabet input device, a Korean alphabet input method and a program for Korean alphabet input for inputting Korean alphabets by using a small memory capacity. PSOLUTION: This Korean alphabet input device is provided with a table 31 for layout conversion for storing a plurality of image patterns whose layout is different for each alphabetic character of an initial sound, medium sound and final sound configuring Korean alphabets, and an application 30 for Korean alphabet input displays a Korean character input pallet for selecting the initial sound, medium sound and final sound configuring the Korean alphabets, and when the initial sound, medium sound and final sound are selected by the Korean alphabet input pallet, reads the image pattern of layout corresponding to the case that the Korean alphabets are configured of the selected initial sound, medium sound and final sound as configuring elements from the table 31 for layout conversion, and generates and displays the Korean alphabets by combining the read image patterns.
