PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user side (person requiring care) needing the utilization of a care bed and a rental trader other than its manufacturer to rent or purchase the care bed of a low price and excellent quality with product guarantee whether it is new or recycled according to the plan, and to enable the rental trader side other than its manufacturer to secure stable and suitable benefits when renting the care bed. PSOLUTION: In the care bed secure use right system, when using the care bed on the user side (person requiring care), basically the product guarantee during a fixed contract period is added, a certificate to use it at the low price is sold, and for merchandise for which the contract is ended, the rental trader side collects, disinfects, cleans and maintains (recycles) it and sells it as a recycled item. Also, an information storage medium such as a CD-ROM, a management main part side server, a user side information terminal and an information terminal on the rental trader side other than its manufacturer are components.
