PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the preparation of legal documents by an amateur in providing a legal format by the Internet and to promote a legal format provision service and a legal consultation provision service by the Internet. PSOLUTION: An Internet server 4 connected to the Internet 3 transmits a file to a user terminal 2 accessing through the Internet 3 and prompts the automatic selection of a legal format and the automatic preparation of a legal document. The data of a consultation application transmitted from the user terminal 2 are stored in the storage part of a library server 5.
