PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further promote legal form providing service and legal consultation providing service using the Internet by allowing a person who is inexperienced in providing a legal form to easily generate a legal document by the Internet. PSOLUTION: An Internet server 4 connected to the Internet 3 transmits files to a user terminal 2 which has accessed the Internet server 4 via the Internet 3, and allows the user terminal 2 to automatically select a legal form and automatically generate a legal document. Data of an application for consultation transmitted from the user terminal 2 is stored in a storage part of a library server 5.
