PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain superior reproduction sound quality in audio equipment.;SOLUTION: As electrolytic solution for driving an electrolytic capacitor; succinic acid and/or its ammonium salt, at least one type of dibasic acid different from succinic acid and its salt, at least either type of aromatic monocarboxylic acid or its salt, and one or more types of phosphorus compounds, are dissolved in a solution obtained by mixing ethylene glycol and water. The content of succinic acid or the ammonium salt is set so as to be 1 to 15 wt.% with respect to the electrolytic solution as a whole. The content of the succinic acid and/or ammonium salt, at least either type of the dibasic acid different form succinic acid or its salt, and at least either type of aromatic monocarboxylic acid or its salt, is set so as to be 5 to 20 wt.% with respect to the electrolytic solution as a whole; and the content of phosphorous compound is set so as to 0.01 to 2 wt.% with respect to the electrolytic solution as a whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
