METHOD FOR DETECTING GST-P AND/OR GGT POSITIVE CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting GST (glutathion-S-transferase)-P and/or GGT (γ-glutamyl transpeptidase) positive cells enabling the detection of variant cells presenting at the level of one to several cells, i,e,, precancerous precursor cells by improving the sensitivity to the enzyme activity of the GGT and discriminating a non-specific stain on the GGT presenting in normal bile duct epithelial cells and performing the judgement of the presence or absence of the GGT positive cells in the above level.;SOLUTION: This highly sensitive method for detecting the GST-P and/or GGT positive cells is provided by skillfully combining an immunohistochemical staining method of the GST-P and an active staining method of the GGT.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
