PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-crushing implement of a plowing or soil-leveling device, preventing the soil lumps raked up along the plowing or soil-leveling claws from scattering, crushing the soil lumps by utilizing the power of raising soil dug out by the plowing or soil-leveling claws, and returning the crushed soil into the plowed gutters for capable of leveling a field gently, and a plowing or soil leveling device mounted with the implement.;SOLUTION: This soil-crushing implement equipped with a soil-crushing rod group 34 consisting of multiple soil-crushing rods supported by a supporting plate 32 as a planar and almost the ribs of a fan form or the planar and almost a parallel rib form is provided with that each of the soil-crushing rods 33 is bent at its rear end part as approximately a wave form in horizonal direction by its planar view and also has a ground-contacting part 33a curved in upper direction by its side surface view or capable of curving in upward directional side along the ground by an elastic deformation on making a contact with the ground. The soil-crushing rod group 34 is separated from the tip end of the plowing or soil-leveling claws 2A installed on the plowing or soil-levelling device 1A, in upper direction by a prescribed distance and also arranged at from the front direction of the plowing or soil-leveling claws 2A over in the vicinity of the both side surfaces of them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
