PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to store required automatic recording information even if an incoming call cannot be allocated from a telephone terminal to an operator terminal.;SOLUTION: A call center system is provided with a call center server for receiving an incoming call from a telephone terminal through a communication line and allocating the incoming call to one of a plurality of operator terminals and an automatic recording information storage apparatus for receiving and storing automatic recording information from the incoming telephone terminal when the incoming call cannot be allocated to the operator terminal. The call center server transmits a selection request concerned with the media sort information of the automatic recording information in the incoming telephone terminal, receives the media sort information from the telephone terminal and stores the automatic recording information received from the telephone terminal in the automatic recording information storage apparatus according to the received media sort information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
