PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to store required automatic recording information even if an incoming call cannot be allocated from a telephone terminal to an operator terminal.;SOLUTION: A call center system is provided with a call center server for receiving an incoming call from a telephone terminal through a communication line and allocating the incoming call to one of a plurality of operator terminals and an automatic recording information storage apparatus for receiving and storing automatic recording information from the incoming telephone terminal when the incoming call cannot be allocated to the operator terminal.
