PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fruit/vegetable-containing yogurt improved in mixed condition of fermented milk with fruit processed products or vegetable processed products.;SOLUTION: The method for producing fruit/vegetable-containing yogurt comprises the following steps: a step of fermenting fresh milk with animal lactobacillus to obtain fermented milk; a step of fermenting a pasty or puree-state fruit and/or vegetable processed product with vegetable lactobacillus to obtain a fermented fruit and/or fermented vegetable processed product; and a step of mixing the obtain fermented milk with the fermented fruit and/or fermented vegetable processed product so as to contain 65-95 wt.% of the fermented milk.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
