PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for cyclopaedically analyzing interaction between proteins and to provide a method for accurately and efficiently detecting "a protein in which a cell specifically expresses in a certain state" becoming especially important in proteome analysis. PSOLUTION: The present invention provide a chip composed of an artificial protein containing stathmin known as a tubulin-binding protein as a body and containing a histidine tag and a cysteine tag at both terminals. The histidine tag is used for refining of the chip by using a property binding to Ni and the cysteine tag is used for fixing the chip by utilizing property specifically binding to a maleimide substrate in which a maleimide group is exposed on the surface.
