PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of storing ozone at high concentration and stably.;SOLUTION: The solid material incorporating ozone is formed by being below a predetermined temperature, while bringing the ozone into contact with water or ice. Specifically, the ozone produced in an ozone producing device 1 is supplied to a reaction tank 3 as mixed gas of 95% by volume oxygen and 5% by volume ozone. When lowering a temperature with starting to raise the pressure by supplying and adding water into the reaction tank 3, an ozone gas to be dissolved in the water is enclosed in the ice, so as to form an ozone storage material which is the solid material. The temperature and pressure condition at this time is preferably ≤270 K (-3°C) and ≥2 MPa. the ozone storage material produced by the method is supplied to a reservoir tank 6, whereas oxygen gas remaining inside the reaction tank 3 is returned to the ozone producing device 1, so as to reuse as an ozone source.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
