PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing packaged custard pudding comprising topping/filling liquid cream on an unsolidified pudding base followed by cooling and solidifying the pudding base so as to prevent turbidity of the liquid cream with the pudding base.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the packaged custard pudding comprises attaching to a filling machine 1 a filling nozzle 2 distributedly arranged with many downward projecting nozzles 22 in the plane and a distribution plate 3 above the nozzle, distributedly arranged with many transparent holes, intermittently operating the metering piston 11 of the filling machine 1, and intermittently dropping like raindrops liquid cream supplied to between the filling nozzle 2 and the distribution plate 3 from the downward projecting nozzles 22 of the filling nozzle 2 onto a pudding base. The liquid cream is filled in a granulated condition and temporarily sinks in the pudding base, but soon floats and lies on the pudding base. As a result of this, it is possible to obtain the packaged custard pudding where a boundary between custard pudding and the liquid cream is clear through preventing turbidity of the liquid cream and the pudding base.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
