PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each processing terminal on seller side and buyer side to share credit information and debt information without using a common server, and to enable both pieces of information to be adjusted classifying by details in each terminal.;SOLUTION: On the occasion of selling, a seller side processing terminal 10 generates credit information to which unique transaction details discrimination information is added and transmits the credit information to a buyer side processing terminal 20. On the occasion of purchasing, the buyer side processing terminal 20 generates the credit information to which unique transaction details discrimination information is added and transmits debt information to the seller side processing terminal 10. Further, while the seller side processing terminal 10 performs processing which discriminates the generated credit information and the debt information received from the buyer side processing terminal 20 based on the transaction details discrimination information classifying by transaction details and adjusts them, the buyer side processing terminal 20 performs processing which discriminates the generated debt information and the credit information received from the seller side processing terminal 10 based on the transaction details discrimination information classifying by transaction details and adjusts them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
