PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster microelectrode of high S/N ratio capable of designing freely a shape of a conductive part contacting with an analytical object.;SOLUTION: In this cluster microelectrode for electrochemical measurement provided with an electrode layer for impressing a voltage to the analytical object dissolved with a measuring analyte, a plurality of bandlike conductive parts is provided with a space each other over a prescribed range in a portion contacting the analytical object in the electrode layer, and the space between the adjacent bandlike conductive parts in the portion contacting the analytical object in the electrode layer is made to be 200% or less of a corrected diffusion layer obtained by multiplying a thickness of a diffusion layer with a correction factor, using the thickness of a diffusion layer generated in the lapse of prescribed time as a reference, after bringing the analytical object into contact with a plane conductive part of an imaginary electrode for the electrochemical measurement provided closely with the plane conductive part over the prescribed range in the portion contacting with the analytical object in the electrode layer, and after impressing a pulse voltage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
