PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket structure of a dry riverbed, wherein a blanket is hard to break in a flood. PSOLUTION: An area of the dry riverbed 3 provided with the blanket 5 is provided with a recessed area 7 of predetermined depth. A plurality of clay layer blocks 9 are laid in one-layer structure all over on the bottom part of the recessed area 7. One or more herbaceous plant blocks 15 are laid on each of the clay layer blocks 9.
