PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a foaming resin composition, using a metal deactivator as nucleation agent at foaming. PSOLUTION: The method comprises the foaming method of the foaming resin composition made of the mixture of resin, capable of heat melting forming and the metal deactivator as the nucleation agent and enables foaming, at a temperature that is not lower than a temperature where the forming temperature of the forming apparatus is not lower than the temperature sufficient for forming the foaming resin composition described and at a temperature not higher than the melting point of the metal deactivator.
