PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty management system, a program for the duty management and a duty management method which are all for selecting, in day unit, whether overtime-work hours are to be automatically calculated.;SOLUTION: The duty management system (10) is a system for calculating working hours based on attendance-and-quitting-recorded data which are inputted from the outside. The duty management system (10) is provided with; an automatic overtime-work hour calculating means (150) for automatically calculating overtime-work hours based on the attendance-and-quitting-recorded data; and an automatic overtime-work hour calculation day unit selection means (180) which selects, in day unit, the necessity or unnecessity of an automatic calculation by the automatic overtime-work hour calculating means (150).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
