PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device of a rigid core capable of certainly holding and feeding the rigid core body for supporting a vulcanized or unvulcanized tire during the process from the molding of the tire to the separation and takeout of the rigid core body.;SOLUTION: A core holding mechanism 3 is constituted as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 that a plurality of pedestal-like support members 9 are arranged to the outer periphery of a center shaft 8 in a detachable manner by clamping members such as bolts or the like so as to leave a predetermined interval in the peripheral direction of the center shaft 8 and the support plates 10a and 10b for holding the upper opening edge part 2x of the rigid core body 2 from the upper and under surface sides thereof are attached to the upper and under surfaces of the support member 9 in a detachable manner. Clamp means for holding the inner diameter part and inside outer surface of the rigid core body 2 are provided to the peripheral edge parts of the support plates 10a and 10b and each of the clamp means is constituted of the inner diameter holding part inside folded to the peripheral edge parts of the support plates 10a and 10b and a bead ring 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
