PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-layer chromatography system that has high reproducibility and can conduct simple and accurate analysis, and to provide a thin-layer chromatography analysis method that can analyze using a simple process.;SOLUTION: In the thin-layer chromatographic system, a stationary phase 12 and a mobile phase 13 exist in a developing tank 11 and a separation membrane 14 is arranged, in order to separate both phases. After the analyzing liquid droplet, formed in the stationary phase 12 via a hole part 18 with a guide is dried to form a spot 22, the stationary phase 12 is pushed into the mobile phase 13 so as to break the separation membrane 14 to perform analysis. The liquid amount of the mobile phase 13 is set to a fully required amount for analysis. By completing development, in a state where the moving phase 13 is completely used in the development, the thin-layer chromatographic analysis that is superior in the controllability of development quantity can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
