The super-magnetostrictive actuator 10 further has a spacer 15 fitted between the super-magnetostrictive shaft 12 and the pressure-receiving plate 14, an actuating coil 16 applying a magnetic field to the super-magnetostrictive shaft 12 and extending the super-magnetostrictive shaft 12 and a vibrator 17 vertically moved by an interlocking with an expansion and a contraction by the super-magnetostrictive shaft 12.
