PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain-type mine blasting device with a flail hammer 36 which has a hammer 36b at the tip of a chain 36a and is arranged on the peripheral face of a drum as a rotating shaft for being arranged in a heavy machine vehicle 1, having an improved hammering force by shortening the chain 36a while easily dispersing bomb blast when encountering a large-scale mine.;SOLUTION: A protrusion 44 or an arm 47 is protruded on the peripheral face of the drum, and the end of the chain 36a of the flail hammer 36 is joined to the protrusion 44 or the arm 47.
