PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact material having versatility for controlling various loads of an AC general-use relay and an automobile mounted relay and having an improved durability property even if used for a smaller relay.;SOLUTION: The Ag-oxide electric contact material is formed by internally oxidizing an Ag-Zn-Sn-Te alloy which is composed of 5.1-8.0 wt% Zn, 0.01-5.0 wt% Sn, 0.01-1.5 wt% Te, and Ag for the rest. Otherwise, the Ag-oxide electric contact material is formed by internally oxidizing an Ag-Zn-Sn-Te alloy which is composed of 0.01-5.0 wt% Zn, 5.1-8.0 wt% Sn, 0.01-1.5 wt% Te, and Ag for the rest.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
