PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make testing a printed circuit board generate pseudo-failures, by setting the printed circuit board in parallel to an arm efficiently in a short time, to reduce errors as far as possible.;SOLUTION: This printed circuit board testing device comprises a printed circuit board inclination measuring means for measuring the inclination of the printed circuit board, a measuring means for measuring the inclination of the arm having a probe for inspecting an electronic component, while contacting therewith; a correction means for correcting the inclination of the arm, based on the inclination of the printed circuit board and the inclination of the arm; an input means for inputting positional information of the electronic component; an arm arranging means for arranging the arm at a prescribed position, according to the positional information; and a printed circuit board testing means for carrying out tests by projecting the probe from the arranged arm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
