STERILIZER USING STERILIZING SUPERHEATED STEAM UNDER NORMAL PRESSURE AND LOW OXYGEN ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and economical sterilizer for medical therapeutic devices etc. using specific sterilizing superheated steam excellent in full sterilization to a clinical site.;SOLUTION: The sterilizer for sterilizing medical therapeutic devices etc. using sterilizing superheated steamis composed of: (1) a storage chamber part to store matters to be sterilized, such as medical therapeutic devices etc.; (2) and a sterilizing superheated steam generating/delivering part set in a position neighboring the storage chamber. (3) The sterilizing superheated steam generating/delivering part is composed of: a saturated steam generating part to generate saturated steam at 80-100°C from water or alcohol containing water, a sterilizing superheated steam generating part to collide the saturated steam from the saturated steam generating part with a superheated medium and heat the steam to generate sterilizing superheated steam at 120-300°C; and a sterilizing superheated steam delivery part to deliver the sterilizing superheated steam from the sterilizing superheated steam generating part to the storage chamber and make the inside of the storage chamber a low oxygen of 3% or lower at 120-150°C under normal pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
