To improve the sterilization effect of a superheated steam sterilizer.SOLUTION: A superheated steam sterilizer includes a horizontal cylindrical portion having one end formed with a supply port for supplying an object to be sterilized and the other end formed with a discharge port for discharging a sterilized object. The superheated steam sterilizer further includes a rotating shaft portion that is rotatably disposed in the horizontal cylindrical portion. The rotating shaft portion includes a main shaft and a plurality of stirring blades formed around the main shaft to stir the object to be sterilized transferred in the axial direction of the main shaft. The superheated steam sterilizer further includes a steam outlet for irradiating superheated steam on the object to be sterilized transferred and stirred in the horizontal cylindrical portion. The plurality of stirring blades are arranged at at least three different angular positions in the circumferential direction of the main shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
