PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make air flow in a ventilating opening having a louver increase.;SOLUTION: A wind directional plate 11 of the louver 10 is constituted upward so that it can be opened larger than 0 degree and not less than 90 degrees from a horizontal position to an outdoor side. When a hood 20 is provided, the flow can be ensured by separating a facing part of the hood 20 from the front of the wind directional plate 11 at least 10 cm. The louver 10 having such a constitution can be mounted to a wall surface 30a around a louver opening surface 41 without mounting any mounting member in a duct 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
