PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external louver installing structure, without the need for forming a bolt insertion hole in the external louver, by installing the external louver in a building with an excellent outward appearance, without exposing a mounting fixture of the external louver outside the external louver.;SOLUTION: This external louver installing structure 13 is provided for installing the external louver 16 formed of a hollow extrusion molding cement plate having an opening part 16c in respective upper-lower end parts 16a and 16b on a floor slab 18 of the building 17, and has the mounting fixture 14 for the external louver hole having a first engaging part 24 joined to the respective floor slabs 18 and 18 of the upper floor and the lower floor and fitted to the opening part 16c, and the mounting fixture 15 for the external louver sash bar having a second engaging part 26 slidably abutting on the floor slab 18 and abutting in a state of sandwiching a sash bar part 16e.
