PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create different study visit documents whenever a visitor visits a facility and to support various procedures required for a guide to guide the visitors.;SOLUTION: This study visit schedule management system is used for creating the study visit documents and equipped with: a database 31 which stores study visit course data, predetermined current event information associated with study visit points and study visit history information for managing whether or not the predetermined current event information has been explained to the visitor 4 by the guide 2; a study visit acceptance means 32 for accepting a study visit course where the study visitor 4 desires to visit and desired study visit date and time from the visitor 4 and a study visit document generation means 33 for acquiring from the database, study visit course data corresponding to the facility for study visit and the predetermined current event information which is associated with the study visit points of the study visit course data and has not been explained to the visitor 4 to generate the study visit documents including the study visit course data and the predetermined current event information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
