PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the customer visit schedule management of a business staff under the consideration of the adjustment time of depositing the transported sum of cash to be transported by the business staff in the external relation business of a bank.;SOLUTION: When receiving a visit desire registration request from a customer, each registered visit schedule is acquired by a visit schedule acquisition part 10A. Also, when the visit relating to the visit desire registration request after each registered visit schedule, whether or not the transported sum of money by the business staff exceeds a predetermined value by the external relation business until its visit is decided by a registration enabling time period specifying part 10B. Here, movement time to the visit destination is considered before and after the transported sum of money does not exceed the predetermined value, and the moving time to the visit destination and an adjustment time to deposit the transported sum of money are considered before and after the visit when the transported sum of money exceeds the predetermined value, a time period when the visit schedule relating to the visit desire registration request can be registered is specified by the registration enabling time period specifying part 10B.
