CREATION SYSTEM OF PATENT SPECIFICATION

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily creating a patent specification regarding a new invention only by basic knowledge. PSOLUTION: The system consists of: a process 1 for accepting organization requirements segmented by a claim of a new invention in a system; a process 2 for accepting problems and effects of the new invention; a process 3 for retrieving the claim of the previous inventions accumulated in a database about the accepted organization requirements; a process 4 for extracting a patent bulletin having the organization requirements most matched to the organization requirements of the new invention; a process 5 for extracting a patent bulletin having similarity in effects; a process 6 for replacing the problems, effects of the invention of the extracted patent bulletin with problems, effects of the new invention; a process 7 for replacing the claim of the patent bulletin with the claim of the new invention; a process for replacing a means for solving the problems of the patent bulletin with the claim of the new invention and a process 9 for instructing addition of explanation for organization requirements which are not explained.
