PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the polished rice production control system, the polished rice production control method, and the polished rice production control program for efficiently controlling the respective steps from mixing various kinds of unpolished rices to obtaining polished rice product.;SOLUTION: The polished rice production control system comprises input means of lookout instruction, input means of daily report of cleaning and polishing rice, input means of daily report of sending rice, input means of daily report of wrapping, and database keeping the respective ledger sheet information for respective registration numbers and is also provided with, as means for updating information of the database, update information production means for producing update information based on the respective ledger sheet information the respective input means and performance information of the respective steps and renewed information recognition means for judging the consistency of the update information in the respective input means and allowing update of the information of the database according to the update information in the case the consistency is confirmed.
