PURPOSE: To make it possible to use the title apparatus regardless of the kind of the machine and the operational system by providing a rice polishing machine control device controlling the rice polishing machine and adjusting rice polishing power in accordance with control data for each kind of the machine in accordance with operational system of rice polishing being different for each kind of the machine and specification of a motor for rice polishing. ;CONSTITUTION: There are provided a control data storage device 3 for each kind of the machine storing in advance in accordance with operational system of rice polishing being different for each kind of the machine and specification of a motor 10 for rice polishing, a machine type setting device 5 setting the kind of a rice polishing machine, a reading-in device 2 for control data for each machine reading the control data for each machine stored in the control data storage device 3 for each kind of the machine in accordance with the setting condition, and a rice polishing machine control device controlling the rice polishing machine and adjusting the rice polishing power in accordance with the read-in control data for each machine.
