PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing petit baked sweet potatoes and a method for producing petit fried sweet potatoes making an eater light-heartedly enjoy baked sweet potatoes or fried sweet potatoes without fear of resulting in causing a leftover or full stomach, and enabling the sweet potatoes to be processed into those having uniform sizes and taste.;SOLUTION: The method for producing petit baked sweet potatoes comprises the following process: a boiling process where the sweet potatoes are peeled, washed and boiled; a forming process where the sweet potatoes boiled in the boiling process are kneaded to be formed into a sweet potato shape having a bite size; a coloring process where the surface of the sweet potato formed in the forming process is colored with natural coloring material such as azuki bean juice or coloring material used for food; and a baking process performed after or before the coloring process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
