PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prepreg especially remarkably improving compressive strength, suitable for a structural material for automobiles and aircraft to which a great load is applied in the compressive direction and having excellent practicality.;SOLUTION: The prepreg is composed by impregnating a fiber body prepared by doubling filament strands of stranded filaments in one direction or a fiber body obtained by weaving the filament strands of the stranded filaments as warp yarns and weft yarns with a matrix resin.
