PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form this system under the same condition even in any expensive and high-degree authentication system when reversely stated due to being unuseful in power failure and when a portable terminal is lost by forming a key itself in a system superior in usability without becoming complicated by changing an authentication code every time when going out in an extreme instance since an information source is fixed and a device is also complicated and expensive though authentication of a safely arranging key is the highest peak in using a number, vital reaction and DNA.;SOLUTION: This problem can be solved by receiving a battery-driven circuit by 2 to 3 circuits as a fail-safe circuit on the fixed key side since output for reading an authentication RQ code from the cellular phone is very feeble.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
