JOINT STRUCTURE OF SEGMENT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SHIELD SEGMENT TUNNEL HAVING THIS STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a segment capable of constructing a structure having high water cut-off performance in a short construction period, while reducing waste with excellent workability, without being influenced by a construction environment.;SOLUTION: This joint structure is formed by interposing a joint material 35 in a joint of the mutual segments revealed on an inner peripheral surface 23a of the structure, by constructing the structure by mutually connecting a plurality of curved segments 21 of a rectangular shape in a plan view in the circumferential direction and the axial direction. A joint material fitting groove 29 is continuously formed on an end surface of adjacent two sides of the segments 21, and the joint material 35 fitted in the joint material fitting groove 29 is attached to an end surface of the other adjacent two sides of the segments 21 by projecting a part from the end surface. The joint material 35 is provided with a joint surface forming projection part 37 being the same plane as the inner peripheral surface 23a of the structure, and a step part 39 lower than the joint surface forming projection part 37 is formed on the projection side. An inner peripheral surface extending projection part 41 fitted in the step part 39 is formed on the groove opening edge on the structure inner peripheral surface side 23a of the joint material fitting groove 29.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
