PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system allowing easy association between an electronized document and a paper document even if a business flow is a business flow such that the electronized document and the paper document are mixed to execute a business without generating processing by manual operation for performing the association.;SOLUTION: This business support system stores, in each the document, a business identification code for identifying the business, a document identification code for uniquely identifying the document generated according to an action of the business flow, control information for uniquely identifying the document, and a document link for accessing the document, adds the control information to the document generated according to the business flow, and displays that the business flow not having the document link is in a waiting state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
