PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person in charge of business to appropriately perform business activities to a customer who has delivered a plant facility.;SOLUTION: The task extending business support system is configured such that the transmission/reception of information is made possible between information processors 12, and that each information processor 12 stores a plurality of pieces of various construction history information showing the period of construction performed to a plant facility configured of a plurality of sites sold to a customer and the content of the construction and the states of the plant facility including the specifications and operational conditions of the plant facility in association with each customer and each business office in charge of the customer, and that the information processor 12 extracts the construction history information corresponding to a search word input via an operation input part 28 from a chart system 40 by an extraction part 42, diagnoses the remaining lifetime of each site configuring the plant facility corresponding to the construction history information on the basis of the content of the construction history information extracted by the extraction part 42 by a remaining lifetime diagnosis part 44, and determines the priority order to be high according as the length of the diagnosed remaining lifetime of each site is short by a determination part 46.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
