PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst nanoparticle which reduces or removes dioxin of a toxic substance generated at polymer incineration and carbon monoxide and VOC (volatile organic compounds) produced by incomplete combustion. PSOLUTION: In relation to the catalyst nanoparticle which reduces or removes dioxin of a toxic compound generated by polymer incineration and carbon monoxide and VOC (volatile organic compounds) produced by incomplete combustion, the catalyst nanoparticle with a nano dual layer is finally manufactured by coating a porous inorganic substance layer with white color on the metal oxide nanoparticle having activities. Thus, the obtained catalyst is usable for various polymers as additives because the catalyst is excellent in oxidation properties of the toxic substance in cryogenic temperature, has good dying properties with white and light color and has a small particle size. The polymer having the additive included extremely reduces the amount of generation of the toxic compound upon incineration at an incinerator after disposal and is environmentally friendly.
