PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply selecting cells having productive cell differentiation ability by using an expression of a marker gene as an index without carrying out a complicated operation such as homologous recombination. PSOLUTION: The method for collecting productive cells comprises recovering cells having productive cell differentiation ability by using an expression of a marker gene as an index from a transgenic non-human mammal to which a recombinant expression vector incorporated with a marker gene under control of the promoter sequence of a mammal-derived Vasa homolog gene is transferred.
