PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new medicine useful as a localized probe of NPY1 and a standard substance in an NPY1 receptor binding assay. PSOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (I) (RSP1/SP, RSP2/SP, RSP3/SP, RSP4/SP, RSP5/SPand RSP6/SPare each a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyl group or the like; X is N or the like). The compound is a selective modulator of NPY1 receptor. The compound is useful for treating many CNS disorders, metabolic disorders, peripheral disorders, eating disorder and hypertension.
