PROPOLIS POWDER COATED PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND PROPOLIS-CONTAINING FOOD PRODUCT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propolis powder coated product which prevents the deterioration of useful ingredients derived from propolis and is excellent in temporal stability, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a propolis-containing food product. PSOLUTION: The propolis powder coated product has a fat-based coating layer having a melting point of 40C on the surfaces of propolis powder particles. The propolis powder particle has a structure produced by coating the surface of propolis powder with the powder of propolis water extract or with esterified starch. The propolis powder is preferably composed of the powder of a propolis alcohol extract. The method for producing the propolis powder coated product comprises a process for coating the surface of the propolis powder with the powder of a propolis water extract or with esterified starch to prepare the propolis powder particles, and a process for mixing and stirring the propolis powder particles with fatty coating material having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 50 m at an impact average load of 0.01 to 10N.
