PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD development device and a CAD development system for automatically collecting the answers to questionnaires regarding the field test of a CAD device, and for easily reflecting the request or indication of a user, on the CAD device, who actually uses the CAD device.;SOLUTION: This CAD development device is provided with an answer collection processing part 12 for collecting the answers to questionnaires regarding the field test of a CAD device 1 and an answer summarization processing part 13 for, when the number of the answers to the questionnaires collected by the answer collection processing part 12 reaches the prescribed number, summarizing the answers to the questionnaires.
