By providing the foot pedal which receives the cable which extends from the foot pedal the device and the method the foot of starting the rest room. The cable inside the tank is installed in washing expedient inside the rest room tank. When the user depresses the pedal, the quantity of the cable inside the foot pedal increases in 2 times that pedal migration length with the component for both starting of pedal. With this, just the same quantity decreases the cable inside the tank, lifts the weight and starts the internal washing expedient inside the rest room tank. When the user removes the foot from the foot pedal, the foot pedal, the cable and the weight are reset by starting position automatically, also the rest room is reset to original position for reusing.
