PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable heat-resistant noncrystalline resin improved in impact resistance, color retention and stretchability. ;SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises components (a), (b) and (c). The component (a) is a heat-resistant noncrystalline resin. The component (b) is a functional elastomer compd.
