PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project process management apparatus and a project process management program that manage the performance of a project in consideration of the status of each project worker and the status of each project process.;SOLUTION: The project process management apparatus has: a storage device 107 for storing project management data 16 having records each associating at least a task necessary to perform a project, a resource in charge of the execution of the task, scheduled dates for the performance of the task, and a history of execution dates of the task; a determination part 14 for determining whether the progress of the project is on or behind schedule according to the scheduled dates for the performance of the tasks and the histories of execution dates of the tasks included in the project management data 16; and a generation part 15 for generating project status data 18 including progress flags representing the progress of the project according to the results of determination by the determination part 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
