COOLING FACILITY IN REACTOR CONTAINER, AND ITS REMODELING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling facility in a reactor container for keeping the temperature in the reactor container sufficiently low, without having to change the arrangement of facilities in the reactor container after start of plant operation. PSOLUTION: This cooling facility in the reactor container has a ventilation air-conditioning system refrigerator 5, arranged outside the reactor container, for generating and supplying cooling water; a cooling means 9 for a reactor container air conditioner, arranged outside the reactor container for further cooling the cooling water supplied from the ventilation air-conditioning system refrigerator 5; the reactor container air conditioner 3, arranged inside the reactor container for generating cooling gas by cooling atmospheric gas in the reactor container by the cooling water, cooled by the cooling means 9 for the reactor container air conditioner; and a duct 4 for supplying the cooling gas to a plurality of spots inside the reactor container.
