PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for printing the liquid droplets of biological molecules on a board utilizing a charge-concentrating phenomenon, and an apparatus for printing ink on printing paper or a printing board by utilizing the charge concentration phenomenon.;SOLUTION: The printing apparatus is equipped with a needle-like electric field forming electrode 20, which has a housing part 22 comprising a conductive material, arranged long in the vertical directions and housing the liquid droplets of biological molecules and the discharge port 23 connected to the housing part 22 and formed to the lower end part of the housing part 22 so as to discharge the liquid droplets of the biological molecules to the outside of the housing part 22, the substrate 30 arranged under the electric field forming electrode 20 and having a target part 31, on which the liquid droplets of the biological molecule discharged from the discharge port 23 of the electric field forming electrode 20 are dripped and bonded, and grounded and an open type voltage applying device 50 for dripping the liquid droplets of the biological molecules to the target part 31 of the substrate 30 by the Coulomb force generated between the charge charged in the electric field forming electrode 20 and the charge induced to the board by the charge.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
