PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving boundary setting method preventing storage of errors at the time of re-initialization processing in a level set method.;SOLUTION: A zero level set tracking function fzero whose purpose is to only track a zero level set indicating a moving boundary is prepared (step 101) and the function fzero is time-developed for a time interval decided from a condition of stability according to an advection equation (step 102). On the basis of the time-developed zero level set tracking function fzero, the zero level set indicating the moving boundary is obtained and a level set function fls required for setting the moving boundary is constructed on the basis of the obtained zero level set (step 103). On the basis of the constructed level set function fls, a density function fcolor used for identification of materials present inside and outside the moving boundary is obtained (step 104).
